Rolls Royce Phantom 8

The Rolls Royce Phantom has a very long tradition; in fact, it is produced from 1925 to today in seven generations, and this one that you can see in the photo, announced in 2017, is its latest evolution. The design is imponent and easily recognizable, and is modernized by new lines and LED headlights. As tradition dictates, the doors open into a windward configuration. The interiors are also extremely sumptuous and customizable in every detail. Also inside, it is possible to see a perfect mix between modernity and tradition; for example, an analog clock is placed next to a digital display. Comfort is guaranteed by the massage seats and the highest level of soundproofing, which however adds several kilos to the weight of the car. In fact, the weight of the Phantom reaches 2560kg, compared to a length of 5,76 meters and a width of 2,08 meters for the “SWB” model, while the bigger “EWB” model is close to 6 meters and weighs 50kg more. The technologies are largely shared with the Bavarian flagship BMW 7 Series. The engine is a very powerful V12, which, however, certainly does not make the Phantom a sports vehicle (and that’s not its intention), also because of the poor aerodynamics of this car. The price, despite all these good facts, remains exaggerated and inaccessible to most people.
