The excellent E-Class benefits from a mid-cycle update for 2021, and earns the honor of being MotorTrend’s 2021 Car of the Year. Sitting at the center of Mercedes-Benz’s lineup of sedans, the E-Class is priced above the C-Class, but below the CLS- and S-Class four-doors. Originally introduced for the 2017 model year, the current-generation E-Class competes with other midsize luxury sedans including the BMW 5 Series, Audi A6, and Genesis G80.
